Important question about Exodus!?

I've been wondering about the story of Exodus for a while, and I know that it is completely unfounded by archaeological evidence, but recently someone sent me a link--http://www.bibleandscience.com/archaeology/exodus.htm. I know this doesn't prove the exodus at all, but how can I refute this evidence?
