Dream about a missing girl?

Last night I had a dream about a missing girl (who is truly missing). I know what happened to her and i have a vague image of where she is and the surroundings and the people around. In my dream I wasn't there but it was like I was seeing all of this happen..so I wasn't actually involved in my own dream. She is still currently missing and it's bothering me because I've never had such gruesome dreams. I don't typically have nightmares...but this one wasn't a nightmare it was more informative. If anyone could help me try and understand this..please let me know..I feel odd knowing all this information since this girl is still currently missing but I saw her..and I feel like I know some details. Please help!!

Hello, I am having some odd symptoms such as sore breasts, slight period like cramps, headaches, and fatigue. I think these may be early pregnancy symptoms but I am not sure. I have been taking the birth control sprintex for two years and never had these symptoms form it. PMS usually dose not effect me in-till 3 days before my period and its a week away right now. I am worried I could be pregnant because I was nine hours late on a pill two weeks ago. I really want to know whats going on and why I am having these symptoms.... I took a test but it said negative but I was reading the back of it and it said that its only 50% accurate 5 days before the missed period but mine is 7 days away so I am not sure. I really want to know because I am afraid that if I am im hurting the baby by taking my birth control pills... I am really hoping its just all in my head but I don't know...

I have this strong passion for History, The Tudors and Ancient Egypt in particular and Science. I've chosen to do GCSE History and I don't mean to toot my own horn but I hope to get a 'B' minimum. Mac Mini (mid 2007) Turned Off, Then Odd Ticking?

Today my mac mini just turned off abruptly, like there had been a power out; then there was a kind of spark noise coming from either the power brick or the power point pins themselves. of course I did not have time to inspect because I didn't want anything to catch on fire. I then plugged it back in, and the Mac Mini wouldn't start. I tried multiple power points but it still wouldn't work. Is the power brick dead? is it something with the computer? Is it a coincidence that my cooker, washer and drier have all broken in the same week?

There was a fault with the ignition on the cooker that made the electrics in the kitchen blow! It took me ages to find the fault, I unplugged everything obvious but forgot that even though the cooker is gas it has an electric ignition. Once I had unplugged it the electric worked after I had flicked the fuse switch. I can still use the cooker, I just need a lighter to get it going. The odd thing is that since then my washer and drier have also stopped working. My washer has always been a bit odd to be honest but this week it finally just stopped working. Then the tumble drier got really noisy then just expired. I did the obvious things like changing the fuses in the plugs to each appliance but no joy. It can't be a coincidence can it?

Would it be okay for me to get a piercing, and why are so many opposed to piercings on 13-14 year olds?

I am a 13 year old female, and so you know what you are answering, I have pretty much an adult maturity level. I can definately be trusted by others who know me. I am a straight A+ student for the most part and consider myself very respectful and thoughtful. I have been doing research for a past 2 years now into care and possible problems, how to fix them and how to prevent them.I want this not to be popular or follow a trend, not for attention, not even really for expression( how can you really express feelings by a hole in your body? Tattoos, maybe but not this) This is what I want purely for aesthetic reasons. I know my tastes may change, but if they do I can take the piercings out. The same principle applies to jobs, careers, etc. I feel like scars won't matter because they will remind me of more fun, more youthful times in my life when I could do things like this. I also feel that no matter what, I will be comfortable in my skin. To give you a clue about my personality, I am the shy, semi anti-social type with somewhat odd, contradictory interests that doesn't give a hoot about it when people judge me, but I still try to stay respectful and not judge other people or be rude to them. Confidence is key. I would also, however, like to understand reasons why people would say no to a peircing. 'You're too young" is much too vague, IMO. I don't believe that it could be said that a person my age can't make their own decisions, either, because obviously they could make the decision that they wanted the piercing and are willing to endure that pain to get it. If the reason they want it is vain and impulsive, I get that some people would disagree with it. But why do so many people say no, even when it is evident that much thought has been put into a decision? Though piercings, especially facial ones, were not mainstream in the '60, '70, '80's per se, they are now. Please answer this question by RESPECTFULLY stating your opinions as clearly as possible. I do not want my decision to be too biased, I don't want to get this piercing if the only opinion I hear is my own. Try to answer as thoroughly as you can, and due to the serious nature of this decision, all answers whether in my favor or not, will be shown to my parents and reviewed extensively. Can you use an audio recording of a business meeting as evidence in court?

I have an iPhone and rather than write things down in meetings...I record them so I can go back later and write down important information that was said. In this case I recorded a meeting I had with a former boss. He had his assistant who was taking notes and I as I have in the past, started my iPhone recording. Well just so happens some strong contradicting statements were made. I'm considering a lawsuit and these recordings of various meetings, contain proof of gross negligence on behalf of the company. Eye muscle surgery as child, migraines as an adult?

When I was about 5 years old I had surgery to fix the weak muscles in one of my eyes. Maybe 10 years later, I started suffering from migraines that have only gotten worse as I've aged. Now almost 30, it isn't odd for me to get a daily migraine. I've seen several neurologists. Gone the chemical prescription route. Gone the herbal route. Tried a chiropractor, acupuncture... Made diet changes. All of that with no real result. Is it possible that surgery as a child could be the culprit? What kind of doctor do I go to get this possibility checked out? Is this loose dog deaf?

Today I heard my two dogs barking so I went to see what they were barking at. There was a loose dog in my yard so I went out to see if I could catch it. It started running away towards the road so I ran as fast as I could to get ahead of it to scare it back towards the woods because I live on a busy road. My plan worked and it ran to the side of my house and started sniffing something with its back turned to me. I walked towards it and was clapping and talking to it so it would know I was there. I got really close and it turned around, barked at me and ran away. I think it was friendly but I couldn't really tell. It's bark was not a mean bark. I figured that if I saw it again I would just make sure it didn't go into the road. But my question is do you think it was deaf? It acted like I silently walked up behind it and tried to scare it. It was kind of funny but odd at the same time.

Although a lot of this is very nice recognition for you, the first things that they are going to look for is to make sure your scores on the SAT or ACT are high enough for their standards. If you can meet that, then a lot of your other things will come into play. External 1tb Mybook unreadable?

while I was watching some videos from my internal hard drive my computer restarted to install updates. Once the desktop loaded afterwards, windows explorer was very laggy and unresponsive. So, I unplugged my external hd and it solved the issue. But, now when I plug it back in I get a message box saying I need to format it before I can use it and I can't browse it at all. Also It doesn't show up as Mybook(L:) anymore. Now it's Local Disk(L:). I've tried plugging it into multiple usb ports and still the same issue. I have the entire drive completely full of irreplaceable data, so formatting is absolutely out of the question. Another odd thing is that the Western Digital Smartware drive still shows up as it usually does. I'm currently using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Anyone have a fix for this issue?

I believe it is a simple answer. People don't tend to acknowledge what to do not understand. I get pains in my arms and chest when I am due for a run. I allow myself to run once every 3 days and by the third day the pain starts and I get headaches. I also get sluggish and moody. What's wrong with my Facebook account?

This problem occurred today, and yesterday. I logged into facebook, like I normally do, and I tried to open my chat window. It didn't open all the way, it just froze, so I reloaded the page and tried the same thing again, and nothing. And it's not that no one was online, because it said on the bar "Chat (47)." And even when I looked to the left side, I didn't my friends' pictures like I usually do. So I thought that was odd. So then I tried to click the notification picture to view my notifications. It did the same thing! It FROZE! And I did the same thing again, I reloaded the page, and it happened again. So then I tried to scroll down my news feed, and usually when I scroll down my news feed, it runs down smoothly, but this time I had to press the downward arrow. And when I pressed it guess what happened? NO, it didn't freeze, it just pushed me back up to the top of the page! And plus, it didn't even show me anymore posts! Then I tried to look at one of my friend's pictures and it froze! I don't know how this problem happened and I don't know what to do! I know facebook has been changing a little, and it might be due to that, but I am an AVID facebook-er, and I can't stand the fact that I can't check my notifications, or see what my friends are doing! I have been doing research for a role play where my friend and I play the Doctor and a companion. He insists that Tim Lords cannot reproduce sexually, but rather are "loomed". What could cause a cold sensation in the forehead?

This happens to me a few times a day. It's very similar to the brain freeze one can get when starting to eat something like ice cream, but it's isolated to one small area. It comes on suddenly, lasts for a couple of minutes, and sometimes the cold sensation will spread to the top of my head or around to the base of my skull. Then, it goes away. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism three months ago, and have been taking Methimazole for it. I'm wondering if either the thyroid condition or the medication could be causing this odd sensation.

How to get my parents to stop being so aragont and annoying?

My mother and step father are so annoying but mainly my mother. She goes on and on and on, if I ask her a simple question she says "DON'T START!!!" Why won't my computer let me online?

Okay, my computer lets me do everything offline, but whenever I try to get online it says there's a connection error like I need an administrator or a new cord because this one broke, which is odd because I use my laptop, and it doesn't do it for my brothers computer, nor our iPods, which is what I'm on now. I am a archaeology major at COW and I love it. At COW archaeology is its own major which is unusual for small liberal arts colleges. I love the department and I love the school. I am from D.C. so I know how you feel about being in the middle of nowhere. I was scared at first too, about attending a school in such a small town. Catching a stray/feral cat?

In my friends neighborhood, there are literally hundred of cats. She lives in a townhouse area, and the cats love to go into the crawl spaces, they live there. The cats will bathe in the sun on peoples porches during the day, and they are always really scared when approached. Except one cat, which is really more of a kitten, that just kinda walks away, he/she doesn't sprint away like the others. This cat, which I have personally named Henry, is skinny. What's odd about it is that the cats will sit on one persons porch, then when they get scared, they run around the edge of the building (the house that they lay on is the second to last house in the row of townhouses, so it isn't far) and into one of the back porch type areas. Every home has one, they are about jail cell sized and fenced in. The cats will run into the last house's (the last house in the row of houses, the neighbor to the house that the cats sit on) back porch type thing. If you look in the house that they ran to's back porch, you see a wide open crawl space. Anyway, they live there. There is about 3-4 cats that I have seen that live there. One, is, of course, Henry. He seems really nice, and you can tell that he most likely is a stray and not just a feral cat. For the last two days I've been chilling on the other side of the fence, waiting for a chance to catch him. Today I brought him some food, and stuck it threw the gate. The gate is locked, I have tried to open it...It doesn't budge. He'll just sit there and intently listen to my voice as I talk to him. Though he is still a little skeptical of me, you can tell, he is still better with me than I would imagine with anyone else. I want to catch him, for the fact that he in so skinny, and that he deserves a better life than to live in the wild. I read somewhere that wild cats only live for a maximum of 4 years. He will sit on the other side of the gate, in arms reach, you know, if the fence wasn't there. Today I nearly got him to eat out of my hand, before I just gave up and gave him the food threw the gate. I know that once my family, or Megans family, (my friend that lives in the townhouses) sees the cat, they'll immediately decide to keep it. They would never have the heart to just tell us to send it back to the wild. I understand that the cat could be dangerous, and I don't care. I'm positive that when we get the money, and I'm talking about if we were to keep the cat, we'll take him/her to the vet and try to get it's vaccines and get the kitty all set up. So my question really is how should I go about catching it without it hating or being frightened of me forever. I know that some of you might think that it is a bad idea, but I know what "animal control" does when it gets strays. I will simply not stand for it. To start with, you will have to first check Univs which offer Egyptology as a course in the world and see what their requirements are for admission. This will give you a good idea regarding what programs you will have to take up at Bachelor's level in India. To start with, check the list link provided below. Also see how well-funded these Univs are in terms of projects related to Egyptology. Many Univs expect you to take up Doctoral programs with them and work with them for several years before you can you can get funded for digs and excavations as a full-fledged archaeologist. Remember it is a highly competitive field and you will have to take up several years of research before becoming an expert.

ive been getting bites that look like small pimples some are individual some are 2 or 3 in one spot but i've been checking everywhere i washed my linens clothes my curtains ive checked in the cracks of my walls and my bed under the mattress checked the mattress cover i even had the exterminator come in and check for me and he couldn't find anything and he wont treat my room with any pesticides if there is no evidence(no fecal stains or anything like that), ive had this problem for almost a month and for me to have no evidence besides the bites ? the exterminator said he saw something on my mattress but it should have been on my sheets as well and it wasn't there should be some type of excrement on the sheets or even mattress cover is that odd could it be something else ? btw i do have a dog but i get her groomed every month so i don't think it could be fleas

Hello, I am having some odd symptoms such as sore breasts, slight period like cramps, headaches, and fatigue. I think these may be early pregnancy symptoms but I am not sure. I have been taking the birth control sprintex for two years and never had these symptoms form it. PMS usually dose not effect me in-till 3 days before my period and its a week away right now. I am worried I could be pregnant because I was nine hours late on a pill two weeks ago. I really want to know whats going on and why I am having these symptoms.... I took a test but it said negative but I was reading the back of it and it said that its only 50% accurate 5 days before the missed period but mine is 7 days away so I am not sure. I'm not sure if I believe it, but I have heard the older you get when you have the chickenpox the worse it gets. I never had chickenpox, or the shot. My mother also had it twice contradicting the normal amount. I'm not really interested getting the shot, but if I have any children will I need to get it, or will it just pass through like a normal virus?

I recently purchased a 32 inch LED Vizio TV, and hooked up my Xbox 360 via component cables. I put in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 to try it out on the new TV but I'm experiencing an odd delay between my controls and the actions on-screen. You have several options, depending how much time and money you want to spend. For starters, you can switch majors or double major. It might take some extra time, but then you'll be studying what you love. You can also check out the requirements to minor in Astronomy. Depending on how many credits you have left for Archaeology, you might not want to let your studies go to waste. It still might be useful to have that degree someday if you decide Astronomy isn't all it's cracked up to be. You should talk to your advisor or counselor to see what your options are.

For some very odd reason this door is not opening for me. I've done all the things your supposed to do and yet it still wont acknowledge my expressions. It just keeps asking if im ready and to go ahead and express myself. I have 2 separate profiles with 2 separate gamertags on my xbox. With my main GT profile i have almost all the achievements for this game, but with this account the Demon Door WILL NOT open, nor will it say all the stuff it's supposed to say. What a good minor with a history degree?

Really any of them except creative writing would be good depending on what you like best and what type of history you're studying. If you're specializing in European history from 1350-present, then studying something like law or government/ political science will be far more useful. If you're studying ancient history (Neolithic Revolution, River Valley civilizations, etc), then archaeology would probably be the most useful. Of course, go with your heart. If you really love creative writing, do that even though it won't help your history degree much.

I Need Some Radio Show Advice?

So I'm seventeen and a junior in high school, getting ready to turn 18 in august. Ever since i was little, i thought that i wanted to be an archeologist, because mythology and history have always interested me, and archeology seemed like such an amazing adventure. But recently, my thoughts have been turning more towards being a radio hostess. Everyone tells me i have a good personality for it, and it's something that i can just see myself doing, you know? But my dilemma is what to do a show on. I was considering maybe doing it on mythology, or supernatural things. You know, a show on the myths behind vampires, werewolves, ghosts, demons, etc.I've always believed in things like that, and there aren't really any shows that talk about that sort of thing without getting really sarcastic. My second problem is how to make up my mind. Just thinking about not having either one of these jobs makes a pit in my stomach, and i always get mixed reactions when I ask people. My balloon molly just drop fry but looks like she is getting more pregnant. Why?

I bought a pregnant balloon molly four days ago and she dropped four fry two hours after putting her in the new tank. I was shocked by how small the amount of fry was and how quickly she had them after being put in the tank, but I thought maybe it was just a small load and odd timing. Recently, however, she has been getting larger, as if she is getting further along in her pregnancy. Is it possible that the shock of moving to a new tank caused her to prematurely release some fry, and she will drop a larger amount soon? I want to save all the fry I can, but I also don't want to put her in a breeding chamber if it isn't necessary. Thanks!

Are My Self-Esteem Issues Bad Enough That I Might Need To Seek Help For It?

I'm 13 years old and have extremely low self-esteem. I constantly worry about what others think of me to the point if I even walk in a room and someone looks my way I'm afraid their criticizing me on how I look and what I do and then sit there and think of all the horrible things their probably thinking right then. If someone points out the smallest of things wrong with how I look I feel like a total moron and hide my face for the rest of the day til i can get home because I'm positive everyone else noticed it too. When I talk to people that are even somewhat-popular I get scared and panic. If I actually do something right, and someone congratulates me for it, I'm think that I did it wrong and their just trying to make me feel better. For example, in Volleyball, I sort-of spiked the ball and it got us a point and all my team mates were clapping for me. Absolutely hating the attention on me, I tried to turn the attention to the girl who had bumped it to me and ended up just getting an odd look from everyone and making me feel even worse. I'm afraid of doing something stupid or weird in front of my friends because I'm worried they'll stop wanting to hang out with me. If I tell a trusted friend a secret, I feel like a retard for the next week or so. I can't stand to wear a shirt than even comes close to hinting at stomach fat (but I don't wear very lose clothing because I think that makes me look fatter) I'm scared, I'm worried, and I'm always on an edge at school. Is it bad enough that I may need to seek help for it? I more than likely won't because it is not something I am willing to discuss with my parents (I know I'll regret it the next day and for the next month) and nor do I want to; but I was just wondering if it seems to be that bad.....

The newly created dominant gene would not show up in the affected parent but could be passed down to any of the offspring producing the darkened trait. Any unaffected offspring would not display the trait. (But as you have not provided the question, this may not apply.)

My puppy won't stand up and is lethargic... what's going on?

My puppy is 10 months old and he is pretty active. However, just this evening, he started acting very odd. He looked rather depressed, despite the fact that all day today he was happy. He couldn't climb up the stairs, where he was perched on the middle step. He wouldn't stand up when we interacted with him, and when we helped him up, he could barely stand properly on his back legs. He didn't yelp, whine, or act aggressive in any way. He had his tail between his legs but he could stand on his own. He refused to walk or go outside, and as soon as he was up, he lay back down, acting depressed again. We felt his tummy, looked at his gums, and felt the rest of his body for any other signs of trauma or swelling. His muscles around his abdomen and leg area were somewhat tense, which caused us to look at signs of bloat. He does not seem to have that. In fact, he seemed to have a good appetite, eating his food and drinking some water. We suspect that he has a muscle injury, but we are unsure, as he does not act as if he is in pain, other than the fact that he looks very depressed with his tail between his legs. He will not straighten his hind legs all the way when we massage the seemingly injured area. Is this a muscle injury, or is it something else? Should he be taken to the veterinarian, or just observed and rested for awhile?

Okay, so I'm about to go into 9th grade and I've had this really close friend for 2 years (we'll call her jane). We've seriously been best best best friends like you wouldn't imagine. But she's always kind of liked to start thing for attention and what not so I've just really been easy with her. Well just a few days ago, she said that she didn't want to be friends anymore because she found better friends and she says I always contradict her. (I contradicted her because she said words don't hurt people.... -_-). And now that we're not friends she's seriously been telling our friends all these lies and that I went behind her back. I never did any of that! When one of my guy friends asked her to stop, she said "I can do whatever I want". And some of my friends won't even talk to me now because i did something I don't even know I did. I know this Sounds crazy, but we really were good, mature kids and this usually doesn't happen. My life sucks right now and I really want to move :p but that's not happening. What should I do? And i've tried talking to Jane but she won't respond.

My boyfriend just told me how much I have to pay to live with him?

It could be that you boyfriend is attempting to make it financially improbable for you to live with him because he really doesn't want you there and is afraid to come right out and tell you. By making your part of the rent as much as he has he is probably aware it is more than you can afford. Maybe this isn't a good time for you to move in with him, but he is reluctant to come right out and tell you how he feels. Regardless, if you can't afford this much there is no sense dwelling on the concept. You will need to stay where you are until he either lowers the amount you will need to pay or you are in a position to be able to pay more. In the meantime you might need to determine if he really wants you to move in.

I am going to a community college right now and I want to transfer and get my major in archeology. Unfortunately there are not that many colleges that offer archeology as a major. I want to study ancient civilizations and how they progressed. Basically how literature, agriculture, and civilization started. I know that I can major in different types of Anthropology. Unable to complete a task dream...what does it mean?

The last couple of nights I've had a dream, slightly different each night, in which I work and try but can't finish a task that's normally not difficult. Last night I was eating lunch in the dream and just couldn't finish. I was rushing through the meal to the point of feeling ill to try and join the others who were done eating and leaving for something. I've been called a slow eater before by family but it's never bothered me ('cause it's true). So that was odd. I'm going on 16, and I feel like I'm wasting my life?

You may have just recited my life exactly! My dad got transferred to out of the country (from USA to greenland) and i have no clue what to do! He never comes home and my mom used to be a teacher but now she has to work in a factory! I have 3 jobs to try to keep a steady in come and i cant relate to anyone here cause its a different culture! I dont have friends and i find my self home alone. BUT what helped me was exercise. I am a fitness freak now and i feel great! Im healthy and I look Just the way i want to. I reccomend you go running or just for a walk once and a while when you have time. It helps clear the mind and it can do a huge number on your mental skills! Before i exercised i didnt do anything but eat sleep and go to work. I dont go to parties and i dont have friends! One thing to rememebr is that its not the end of the world. Life gets better. I am the same age as you, Im an american kid just trying to find his way int he world! You cant live your life thinking about yourself as someone who no one likes. Boyfriend looking at very odd phone?

Recently I went to use the internet on my boyfriends iPhone while he was in the shower. I got curious and looked at his browser history which showed what he looked at for the past week. Every day he looked at porn sites, which is fine...but what bothers me is the type of pornography he was looking at. He looked at transvestite porn, animal porn involving horses and even went on one porn website and in the search bar typed in his ex girlfriends name "Molly". This really bothers me and Im not sure what to do. I am not sure why he would type in that name.
