Christians, why do you get so offended by atheists?

when atheists point out the flaws in your logic, your beliefs? When atheists point out the archaeology doesn't line up with the Bible? When atheists point out how we can trace your belief to certain brain activity, like instability in the temporal lobe? when they joke about your beliefs? When they compare your beliefs to mythology (which it is, by definition)?
