Can I find out if my ex is getting unemployment in KS?

My ex is constantly dodging child support and the courts do very little to enforce it. In 2010, we went to court 5 times to have it enforced and each time we went my ex contradicted his stories from the previous hearings-(one month he'd say he had 43 weeks left of U/E, and the next he'd say his U/E was about to run out...etc.). Is there a way to find out if he still receives unemployment other than asking him (because he will lie). Thank you...
